Entry Forms for Shows
Forms are for the patriotic workshop for Children on August 10th at the FAA Gallery.
Honoring our Heroes is a judged show and runs from August 21 through September 20th 2019
If you would like to enter ONE diptych, triptych, or quadriptych, you will need a brand-new form (attached). Please read the instructions on the form and complete before bringing to the gallery if possible. Please note: Only one set per artist please -- it can replace one regular entry.
