Burton Changeout May 26th 2018 10-11 AM


The upcoming changeout at Bob Burton Gallery is in less than two weeks. If you cannot pick up your work during the following time, please arrange to have someone pick up for you. Next changeout will be September 1.

DATE:   - Saturday, May 26th 2018 and May 26th 2018
TIME:    10-12 AM   Drop-off and pick-up of art work. If you have work in the current exhibit, or are submitting work for the new exhibit, you must do so during these hours.
VENUE:    Fallbrook High School, 2400 Stagecoach Lane at South Mission. Go to the Bob Burton theater, which is located east of the admin buildings beside the baseball field.
NOTE: Do not park in the red “NO STOPPING OR PARKING FIRE LANE ZONES” directly in front of the theater. You may be ticketed if you do.  
LIMITATIONS:  This is not a juried event, however, we cannot accept more than 36 pieces due to space limitations. Works will be accepted on a “first-come-first-served” basis. This opportunity is open to FAA members only.  There is no show theme, but works depicting the performing arts are particularly welcome.
ELIGIBILITY:  A limit of two (2) pieces per entrant. A $5 fee for each piece submitted (cash or check made out to the Fallbrook Art Assn.), is due upon submission. All works will hang for a 3-4 month period and may not be removed before the next change-out except by special request. All works must be suitable for general viewing. Any work deemed not suitable will not be accepted into the exhibit. All media accepted with the exception of 3-D. Paintings must be dry, properly framed, and ready to hang with wire attached. No saw-tooth hangers are allowed. Artist name, phone number, email, title of work, medium and price (if for sale) must be affixed to the back of each submittal.
SALES: All inquiries regarding sales will be handled through Carol Reardon.  The artist is responsible for all sales transactions including sales tax in the event of a sale.
